The hostel is located in the centre of the city, which makes it the perfect starting point for tourists, business guests, and researchers. There is a tram stop right next to the hostel, from which you can reach pretty much everywhere in Kraków. For those of you with cars, there is a nearby private parking lot, where our guests have a special discount.

Our reception desk is open 24/7 and you can always count on assistance of our receptionists – even at four in the morning. We offer Wi-Fi service, which covers the entire premises, and our guests can also take advantage of free-of-charge baggage storage.

You can order breakfast at the reception desk. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, which offers free tea, sugar, cream and coffee, which you can make in our professional drip coffee maker.

Do the rooms have bathrooms? Are there any towels?

Our hostel has both rooms with private bathrooms and bathrooms in the corridor for multiple rooms. You will find free towels in private rooms for one, two, or three guests. Guests renting bigger rooms or single beds in dorms can rent towels from the reception desk.

What is the difference between a standard and a deluxe room?

The deluxe rooms are the most modern rooms in our hostel. They are equipped with television sets and air-conditioning to guarantee full comfort to our guests during their stay in Kraków. Deluxe rooms also have an amazing view of the monastery garden and the Wawel Royal Castle.

How to get to the hostel from the Kraków Główny train station?

You can take tram no. 52 headed in the direction of "Czerwone Maki" or no. 3 headed to "Nowy Bieżanów". Exit on the "Starowiślna" stop, where both trams stop, cross to the other side of the street to your right, and keep going down Dietla street. You can also visit, which is available in English, to see how to commute in Kraków during your visit.

How to get to the hostel from the Kraków-Balice Airport?

Your best bet is to take a train to the Kraków Główny station. Next, take tram no. 52 headed in the direction of "Czerwone Maki" or no. 3 headed to "Nowy Bieżanów". Exit on the "Starowiślna" stop, cross the street to the right, and keep going down Dietla street.

How far away is the hostel from the Main Square?

The Atlantis Hostel is approximately 10-15 minutes by foot from the Main Square.

Is the reception desk open 24/7?

Yes, it is.

Does the hostel offer parking space?

Unfortunately, due to being in the centre of Kraków, we do not have our own parking lot. However, you can leave your car in public parking space – the designated parking spots run along the nearby streets. Paid parking is in effect from Mondays to Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. If you would rather leave your car at an attended parking lot, the closest one is located at Dajwór street. It offers attractive discounts for our guests, but it is strongly recommended that you make a reservation in advance.
